Cookie Policy
Last updated 22 September 2026.
Short version: we set no cookies of our own and no advertising cookies. Cloudflare may set a security cookie, and Microsoft Clarity, which we use to understand how our pages are used, may set analytics cookies. You can block them in your browser and the site keeps working.
Cookies we set
None of our own. We don't store a session, a preference, or an identifier of our own on your device.
Cookies our host may set
The site is served through Cloudflare. To keep it online and protect it from abuse, Cloudflare can set a strictly-necessary security cookie (for example __cf_bm) to tell automated bots apart from real visitors. It carries no advertising or cross-site tracking, it's short-lived, and it's classed as essential, which is why it needs no consent. We don't read it or use it for analytics.
Analytics cookies from Microsoft Clarity
We use Microsoft Clarity to see how our pages are used: clicks, scrolling and page views, shown to us as aggregate reports and session recordings. Clarity may set these cookies: _clck (first-party, keeps a pseudonymous Clarity ID for this site), _clsk (first-party, links your page views into one visit), and Microsoft's own cookies on Microsoft domains, such as MUID and CLID. Anything you type into a form field is masked and is not sent to Clarity. Microsoft processes this data under its privacy statement.
Cloudflare Web Analytics
We removed Google Analytics. For aggregate visit counts we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless by design: it records aggregate visits and page views without setting a cookie and without storing personal data. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
Turning cookies off
Every browser lets you block or clear cookies in its privacy settings. The site works the same with cookies blocked, and Clarity does not set its cookies when your browser blocks them.
